Your new role
HR Officer specialising in recruitment processes. Extremely interesting project assisting with the recruitment of the COVID vaccine workforce.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a high volume recruitment environment
Experience in candidate management, phone screening, interview administration, reference checking and contract management.
Experience in a healthcare setting desirable and advantageous - knowledge of clinical recruitment and EBAs would be beneficial but not essential.
Experience using Equifax e-Recruit beneficial but not essential
Experience in electronic document management and electronic filing, inbox management

Skills:
Exceptional communicator - adaptable, efficient and timely in written and verbal comms;
High level or attention to detail
Highly organised
Ability to respond rapidly and flex to a changing landscape as needs evolve
Typing speed (?) - notating recruitment activities in real time (phone screens, interviews, ref checks)
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced work environment
