Tiny Disco is searching for an enthusiastic recruitment coordinator to join our team for a (minimum) 3 month contract. Our core team is expanding and we need someone to work hand in hand with our Creative Director to fill a number of key creative roles within the company.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting relevant job advertisementss and shortlisting candidates.
  • Reviewing incoming resumes, conducting initial phone screening/ setting up interviews.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Assisting with general HR administration support
  • Preparation of onboarding documentation
  • Prompt correspondence with candidates on recruitment stage.
  • Manage all new employee onboarding


Successful candidate must have:

  • Previous recruitment experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • A solid understanding of our brand and the type of talent we require
  • Team work skills
  • Prompt correspondence with candidates on recruitment stage.
  • Manage all new employee onboarding
