What will you be doing?

We are looking for an exceptional HR projects professional to join our high performing team in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. You will assist with the implementation of the regional HR strategy which is aligned to the business strategy through undertaking a range of HR projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to-
  • Assisting the HR Manager with consistent delivery of HR solutions and projects across region for HR operations and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
  • Delivering to manage small to medium scale internal projects or significant components of larger projects, ensuring delivery of the required scope of work within set deadlines in support of the regional HR vision and strategy.
  • Providing specialist advice to address specific technical queries from internal clients and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Research best practice and review detailed business models to support the HR Manager in developing and improving processes and systems.
  • Developing recommendations for interventions across the region to resolve issues identified by trends and patterns from available management information and staff consultation.
  • Implementing and suggesting improvements to HR processes and policies so that there is an environment implemented to attract and retain the best talent.


Qualifications


Who are we looking for?

You will come to us with-
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field and registered or accredited professional with AHRI;
  • Relevant professional services background with a demonstrated understanding of commercial business and process.
  • Experience in implementing operational HR projects and processes.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing a range of HR projects that creates a positive, highly engaged and ethical working environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and driving change in key areas such as engagement, employee relations and workforce management, combined with a high level of project management capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to influence.
  • Knowledge of local employment legislation and ability to manage high risk employee relations issues autonomously.
