About the roles
MSS Security currently have two (2) recruitment roles available, both reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), working closely as a team on a large people project. This project will see you high-volume recruiting for security officers within the hotel services field. These are exciting and interesting opportunities to sink your teeth into, or to add to your portfolio of accomplishments.
Recruitment Officer
The successful candidate will feel confident in taking the lead on this project, with the support of the HRBP. This includes;
- Screening resumes, phone-screening and booking group interviews
- Coordinating and facilitating assessment centers, in line with MSS procedures
- Reference checking, booking medicals, and offering candidates
The successful candidate will will work closely with the Recruitment Officer to support the recruitment and pre-boarding of security personnel through the bulk-recruitment process. This includes;
- Screening resumes, phone-screening and booking group interviews
- Drafting employment contracts, collating new starter paperwork, and HRIS data maintenance
- Reference checking, booking medicals, coordinating NPCs, and handing over to the business for inductions
To be successful in either of these roles, you must be driven to meet targets, have previous recruitment experience and thrive on a challenge.
You will be joining a highly-supportive team of five (5) HR/Recruitment professionals who will provide you the necessary training and assistance to get the job done.
