Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through TA reporting, reference and background checks, coordinating temporary staff, and assistance with queries on business case development for roles across the organization in Australia. The TA Coordinator will also be responsible for the administration and management of the requisitions queue in Australia using Work Day.
The TA Coordinator will also be involved with TA related projects and processes such as APAC Talent Acquisition reporting, Hiring Requests reviews, Employee Referral Programs, and Hiring Manager Induction.
This role is a great pathway into a full-fledged Talent Acquisition Advisor, or into a HR Operations role.
Job Description
Provide Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team and wider business.
This Includes
- Drafting and posting job ads
- Coordinating interviews
- Manage requisition queue for all new roles
- Manage Temp Staff Process
- Background checks for all employees
- Reference check and generalist support to TA team
- Work closely with wider HR team to drive recruitment and onboarding processes
- TA reporting across Asia Pacific
- TA projects in the pipeline or to be determined
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Pro-active in ensuring excellent candidate experience and continual process improvement
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Work Day preferred), Job Boards, Candidate Relationship Management Systems (phenom People preferred)
- Proficient with working Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet to track and maintain timely accurate recruitment metrics
- Collaborative and solution oriented
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar recruitment coordinator role within an agency or internal environment
- Has a good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process, with a demonstrated successful track-record
