    This is a full time. temporary position working Monday to Friday business hours. A great opportunity to gain some experience in a Global HR Dept.

    Job Description

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Provide day-to-day admin support to the HR Department.
    • Supporting the People team, with drafting letters and contracts
    • Phone screening candidates
    • Setting up interviews
    • Reference checks
    • Collating & saving employee docs
    • Posting job adverts.
    • Experience using Chris21 would highly advantageous, but not essential.
    The Successful Applicant

    Experience Required
    • Must be an experienced HR / Recruitment Administrator
    • A friendly and helpful individual
    • Task orientated
    • Good written and verbal comms
    • Proficient in MS Suite
    • Well presented
