We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner for our Perth office, as a 6 month maternity leave assignment, 4 days per week. This role will be responsible for:


  • Providing leadership and guidance to senior executives regarding People & Culture programs that underpin the company strategies
  • Be an advocate for teammates and ear to the ground on any issues that impact the team
  • Work with leaders to develop short- and long-term workforce planning action
  • Managing the talent acquisition program
  • Providing strategic guidance to support the effective delivery of organisational projects
  • Maintaining up-to-date position descriptions/ capability matrix for the services function
  • Conducting OH&S Audits
  • Supporting Social programs / team / family / seasonal


Essential experience and skills:


  • Must have IT HR management experience - 5 years’ plus
  • Previous experience in planning and implementing HR projects including benefits, remuneration, HRIS is highly desirable
  • Develops constructive working relationships with individual contributors / managers and “ C” level
  • Understands what drives and builds organisational culture
  • Leadership and influencing skills
