And right now, The Migration Agency's founder and Managing Director, Sarah Thapa is looking for an intelligent, seasoned sales professional to join as their Business Development Manager.

  • Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well organised way...

And you have 5 years solid experience in the HR, staffing solutions, immigration or recruitment sectors, we'd be keen to hear from you. (Tertiary qualifications in law, business, marketing, or other related field will be advantageous but it's not a deal-breaker).

The role?

It's classic BD gig. You'll be the key contributor to the growth of the business and play a key role in driving new business and attainment of key sales metrics including lead generation, new customer acquisition monthly, revenue targets, managing and growing key client accounts, and building a pipeline of business opportunities to increase market penetration and expansion. You'll track and monitor ROI on sales activity and actively engage in relevant networks.
