This well known FMCG company is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis
Your new company
Due to internal promotion, this supportive Talent Acquisition Team within a well-know and loved FMCG organisation is seeking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator. Based in Melbourne's CBD, you will work with a team in Melbourne as well as across Australia and NZ.
Your new role
In your new role you will be tasked with:
- Recruitment Administration
- Contracts - managing multiple awards & conditions
- Onboarding new employees
- Reporting & data analysis
- Supporting & mentoring your TA peers
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in end to end recruitment is essential. If you have previously worked within manufacturing or supply chain this is extremely desirable. You will be a self-starter, able to work independently but also lend your self to your team where required. With previous examples of continuous improvement, you will be a desirable candidate for this Recruitment Coordinator role.
What you'll get in return
A full time permanent role based in Melbourne's CBD with Work from Home available 2/3 days per week. Salary is from $70k + super with an annual bonus on offer.
