Help Us Shape a Connected Future For Healthcare By
  • Joining a busy and energetic HR team (7 team members) managing some key strategic People initiatives - including the later stages of our first HRIS!
  • Taking leadership for a number of our FY21 HR plan - potentially around learning, diversity/inclusion or career planning/architecture at Telstra Health
  • Collaborating with your fellow HRBP’s across a range of day to day deliverables and projects
To take up this truly generalist HR challenge you need to have strong HR business partnering experience - ideally including elements of ER and HSWE.

Naturally you’ll have a good track record of collaboration and building engagement and understanding with key stakeholders at a senior level internally and externally.

This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
