Infopeople is a Sydney based recruitment company with strong contract business and a great track record across Government, Financial Service, Commerce & Industry. We are now looking to grow our NSW & ACT Government Team across contract, so are interested in talking to people who are looking for an exciting IT recruitment opportunity and have worked with NSW or ACT Government Departments. 
 
You will be joining us at an exciting time... The company is established and stable and the business in the Government sector is there to be grabbed with both hands. 
 
Tasked with bringing in new business, delivery and strengthening existing relationships across the Government Account, meaning you will be working closely with both employers and candidates.

Typical duties include: 

• Market research. 
• Business development, delivery only or a combination of both within the NSW & ACT Gov depending on you.. 
• Sourcing and screening candidates and growing a well-managed network. 
• Conducting and arranging interviews. 
• Conducting reference checks. 
• Making and managing job offers. 
• Keeping accurate records of both client and candidate interactions. 

We are looking for people with a hunger and drive to succeed. Typical traits we look for include: 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• A proven work ethic - as much as anything else, recruitment is a 'numbers game'. 
• A keenness to learn and try new things. 
• Previous IT recruitment experience is essential. 

Flexi Working
This role can be from our Sydney or Canberra offices. We also offer flexi hours for those that perhaps want to do the school run or prefer a late start to the day. Equally this role could be reduced hours and/or a combination of WFH or from the office.
