Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a 3-month assignment with one of our amazing clients linked to Government based in the Perth CBD. They are ideally looking for this person to start ASAP.

Start: ASAP
Length: 3 months
Hours: 38 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $40-45 per hour + super

The Role
Internal Recruitment Consultant, with white collar agency or internal experience for immediate start role. Allow your days to fly by as you coordinate candidate interviews and onboarding for multiple roles in WA.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Take ownership of a white collar portfolio within the business
• Recruiting between 20-30 jobs at any one time
• Creating/ posting job adverts
• Attending interviews with hiring managers
• Creating offers for successful candidates
• Following company processes (police check, medicals, VEVO check)
• Ensuring 100% compliance is adhered to
• Liaise with key stakeholders within the business to understand their recruitment requirements
• Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (ideally internal recruitment)
• Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance
• At least 2 years' experience liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• A positive and pro-active approach to work
• White collar recruitment experience is essential
