This recently acquired healthcare organisation is building their People & Culture function to ensure it is fit for purpose, aligned to business needs and driving performance. An exciting opportunity has been created for an energetic, seasoned HR professional to work with the team to develop and implement People & Culture systems, processes and programs along with business partnering support.

About the Role
Reporting to the new GM of People & Culture and as the 2IC, your role will be two-fold. For the first 12 months, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a HRIS and working closely with the well-resourced project team and the business as the SME to make this happen. After implementation, your role will transition into a generalist role where you will provide support on the execution of the vision and strategy for the People & Culture function. You will provide high level business partnering support to senior leaders and either design or project manage the design and implementation of programs that will build capability and performance across the business.

About You
As the successful candidate, you are a seasoned generalist business partner and have well developed project and change management skills with strong consultation skills and a process orientated mindset. You will have some experience working for mature organisations and know “what good looks like” and have the demonstrated ability to work within ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You are outcomes orientated, flexible with both a strategic and “hands on” approach.
