As our client's recruitment requirements continue to expand, we are looking to grow our CBD perm team.

At PERSOLKELLY, We have dedicated Consultants in the areas of:

IT, STEM, Government, Professional Services, Technical and Operations and have a vacancy in the Professional Team. Ideally you will have experience in the recruitment industry along with strong sales capabilities to hit the ground running in our CBD business.

You will be ambitious, outgoing and thrive on winning as you build a successful perm desk by delivering the highest quality of service to both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities Including

This position is a full 360 Recruitment role with:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment proces

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

• Business development for new and existing clients

• Developing and maintaining client relationships

• Completing offer and contract details

• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
