About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Manager who will be responsible for proactively leading our Recruitment and Onboarding team in the delivery of quality human resource and organisational development processes and services.

This is a full time role based in either Melbourne or Adelaide.

Key Accountabilities

• Employee contract variations and changes
• HR Transactions
• Preparing new contracts
• Providing industry award and remuneration advice
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Compliance
• Identify and drive improvements across current systems and processes
• Setting up processes services levels and systems for the delivery of employee enablement·

Essential

• At least 2+ years relevant experience including effective management of multidisciplinary teams
• Qualification in HR
• Knowledge of health professional enterprise agreements and awards
• Demonstrated experience in contract variations
• Proven track record in positively designing and implementing change management processes
• Interpersonal skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff, and influence culture
• Experience using a Recruitment and Onboarding system

Desirable

• Demonstrated experience with Livehire, Tech One and Flare systems
