About the Role:

The HR team based in the South Wharf head office has responsibility for all Group businesses across Oceania along with maintaining close ties with other offices across different regions. Reporting to the Director of HR and Administration (Oceania), the HR Business Partner would be responsible to provide proactive, comprehensive and exceptional HR Service to all stakeholders. A summary of the responsibilities are-

- Partner with the business to provide operational HR services.
- Lead the Change management initiatives.
- Identify human resource issues and work with the business to provide solutions.
- Enhance the working environment and support the business in meeting its strategic objectives.
- Align completely with business objectives and proactively work to identify process improvements.
- Manage workforce planning as required.
- Deputize for the Director-HR & Admin.

To be a shining star in this role, you would have been working in HR roles for atleast 5 years with minimum 2 years in a Generalist role. You would have also gained experience in the below along the way-

* Knowledge of and experience working with all facets of Australian employment law.
* Excellent leadership potential with high level of Emotional intelligence
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives.
* Excellent presentation Skills with the ability to confidently present to large audiences.
* A high level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office 365.
* Strategic agility with the ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing business needs.
