About You:
You are a highly organised professional experienced working within a HR function, passionate about developing your advisory skills. About the Role:
Reporting to the Corporate People and Capability (P&C) Manager (Serco Justice and Immigration Services), you will support the National P&C team in all facets of administration and coordination to ensure P&C priorities are achieved. You will support preparation of documents relating to employee and industrial relations and performance management, including administration, communications and correspondence for briefings, reports, submissions and presentations. You will assist with daily planning materials including compiling meeting documentation, arranging meetings, collating information and undertaking projects as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
  • Sound experience within a HR Coordination function
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Experience in preparing reports and HR metrics
  • Exposure to employee relation matters and performance management documentation
  • Knowledge of workers compensation processes (desirable)
  • Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Federal Police Check
