Our client is a well known, successful and growing organization in the Utility Sector and they’re looking for a high energy, Recruitment Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 12 week contract.

About the role
This role will provide administrative support to the team and undertake overflow recruitment activities. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conducting phone screening
  • Undertaking pre-employment checks i.e. Reference checks
  • Recruitment administration
  • Recruitment coordination i.e. Booking interviews etc.
About you
You will be a professional and friendly individual with the following skills and experience:
  • At least 12 months previous recruitment experience
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Customer focus mentality
  • High level attention to detail
  • Adaptability
