Our client is a well known, successful and growing organization in the Utility Sector and they’re looking for a high energy, Recruitment Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 12 week contract.
About the role
This role will provide administrative support to the team and undertake overflow recruitment activities. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Conducting phone screening
- Undertaking pre-employment checks i.e. Reference checks
- Recruitment administration
- Recruitment coordination i.e. Booking interviews etc.
You will be a professional and friendly individual with the following skills and experience:
- At least 12 months previous recruitment experience
- Well developed communication skills
- Customer focus mentality
- High level attention to detail
- Adaptability
