Zongteng Group was established in 2009 with its headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It is positioned as a "global cross-border e-commerce infrastructure service provider" to provide cross-border e-commerce merchants with overseas warehousing, exclusive route logistics services, product distribution, and supply chain services, and other integrated logistics solutions.

Since its establishment, Zongteng Group has been continuously enhancing its own fundamental capacity building. So far, it has built a cross-border e-commerce logistics network covering six continents with Europe and the United States in particular. It has more than 3,000 employees, more than 40 branches, and 25 overseas storage and transfer hub worldwide. The overseas storage area exceeds 700,000 square meters with an annual order processing volume of more than 300 million, serving more than 15,000 cross-border e-commerce merchants worldwide.

Because of the rapid development of the business in Australia, we are expanding the team in Sydney and Melbourne. We’re looking for experienced recruitment & people adviser to support the business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end to end recruitment support from brief through to contract generation;
  • Liaising with candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience;
  • Conducting candidate assessment;
  • Providing advice on quality recruitment, attraction, and talent resourcing methodologies that respond to business requirements.
  • Acting as a point of contact for People matters across the business;
  • Supporting training, performance management, WHS management when needed.

Your profile will include:

  • 2+ years recruitment experience (internal or external);
  • Preferably experience working in Blue Collar / Warehousing environment;
  • General knowledge of Australian employment laws and Fair Work Act;
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, good communication skills;
  • Working to deadlines that are often very tight.
