Our client is a dynamic organisation within the retail space. We are excited to have a strong partnership with them and we are looking for someone to join our RPO team onsite with them.
Your Team:
Based on-site in Western Sydney, the internal recruitment function provides end to end recruitment services across the organisation's corporate and branch locations. They build effective business partnering relationships, develop relevant talent pools, ensure recruitment controls and comply with employment legislative and internal policies.
Your Role:
As the Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in driving the success of recruitment delivery offering while working closely with the broader HR team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and efficiencies and provide first-class strategic sourcing support in a high-touch model across a broad range of roles.
With the client in mind at every turn, you will:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
* Upload build on and maintain an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates.
* Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a first-class experience, every time
* Manage recruitment reporting, job posting and pre-employment screening activities
* Find new and innovative ways to source talent.

Of course, you will come with demonstrated recruitment experience, but to really stand out from the crowd, you will have a customer focused nature about you. You will be a highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome recruitment professional, with a keen interest in gaining more exposure to new sourcing technologies, and a commitment to leaving no stone unturned in finding the best candidate for the role.
