HR Project Lead - M&A (2yr Contract)

How will I help?

This role leads the HR components of large scale M&A projects, from deal readiness through to completion, with a focus on program management, organisational change, management of risks and issues and the coordination of the extended HR function to achieve the project deliverables.

In this role you will be a key strategic business partner and interface with senior HR and business leaders, driving value at all stages of the project and ensuring the employee experience is in line with the Westpac values.

What do I need?

As an experienced HR Project Lead, you will be required to contribute to and influence business initiatives, operate in a fluid and agile environment and be confident in adapting to the requirements of each project.

The successful candidate will have expertise in change management and organisational design practices, and proven ability in significant people and organisational change programs. You are an experienced HR professional, ideally working as an HR Project Lead or similar. M&A experience, particularly in the areas of divestment and project management, is preferred.
