About your role

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Accounting & Finance team in our CBD or Parramatta office. You’ll focus on placing both contract and permanent senior accounting roles into sectors such as aviation, health, media and more. 

The Accounting & Finance recruitment team in Sydney is headed up by Randy. Randy has over 12 years of experience in Accounting recruitment and he is an expert in his sector. Randy’s management style is relaxed but he really leads his teams from the front! 

Across the team, they specialise in recruiting within the government & commercial space. The candidates they place vary from junior to senior level Accounting & Finance candidates.

Responsibilities include

• 360 end to end recruitment
• Business development with new and existing clients
• Market mapping
• Nurture and grow client relationships
• Plan and execute hiring strategies 

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

Have proven success recruiting in the Accounting space

• Proven success in sales and recruitment
• You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone
• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
• Resilient
