Graduate Accountant

This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who has commenced or wants to start CPA/CA education and learn commercial skills surrounded by exceptional talent.

Minimum Bachelors Education in Accounting, Business or Finance, you will learn the skills of financial business management. The role also includes payroll and HR administration support, so your communication and high level of personal integrity are imperative. You will assist and be a key contact for Management and the Executive; it is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate with a growth mindset.

About The Role

Reporting to the Finance & HR Manager, you will work 4 days per week in a small team and be responsible for

Finance

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Assist with Month End processes
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Assist in Monthly Analysis and Reporting
  • Assist in daily/weekly Cash Flow management
Human Resources
  • Preparing and uploading Contracts
  • Co-ordinating Performance Reviews
  • Managing Leave and balances
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of staff
  • Software Management

Experience
  • Accounting experience to P&L
  • Experience with Xero and integrated software preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with a desire for further education including CPA/CA, Accounting subjects essential
  • Some work experience preferred
