Your new company
This high-profile government department is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support the People and Culture Division and contribute to the success of the company by providing human resource administration and support.

Your new role
In addition to the above the APS5 will undertake work that is moderate to complex in nature and operate under limited direction:
• Assist with preparation and drafting of reports, briefs and updates as required • Assist in the coordination of operational, strategic and project work under the direction of the manager • Develop and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including through the timely and accurate provision of advice and support • Require awareness of changes in the broader work environment that may impact on work objectives
• Maintain a well-developed understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks • Contribute to the setting of the direction of work priorities and practices, monitoring workflow and identifying training needs for lower classification levels.

To work within Federal Government candidates will need to be Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance or higher.
