Our Client:
Our client is a global Management Consultancy firm who’ve shown continual and steady growth to become a leading figure across the Australian corporate landscape. They are in need of a Team Assistant to work alongside their HR / Recruitment function on a permanent basis.

The Role:
Working closely with the heads of HR and wider recruitment function, the Team Assistant’s primary duties will include (but are not limited to);
    • Scheduling interviews (zoom, international interviews etc.)
    • Ad-hoc administration for the wider team.
    • Diary management
    • Upkeep of their CRM / data entry
    • Basic reporting.
The Person:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following;
    • Professional services / big corporate background
    • Demonstrated experience within a similar role
    • Exemplary attention to detail
    • Degree qualified not mandatory, but highly sought after
    • Exposure to an HR / Recruitment function desirable
