This diverse and varied role has the unique ability to work across multiple business sectors and values, including some of the most high-profile projects in the market, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

The purpose of this role is to enable the Business Partnering team and the broader Senior Leadership Team of Richard Crookes to deliver outcomes, by supporting senior leaders with workforce insights and initiatives, translating business requirements, coaching and the development and delivery of leading people and business programs. This is a true partnering position from both an operational and strategic perspective – rolling out HR strategy and using your strong influencing skills to build credibility and drive change.

  • Deliver recommendations and solutions to people leaders across all elements of the employment life cycle
  • Manage all employee relations matters for allocated client groups
  • Be a champion of RCC’s values and work closely with management to ensure the effective implementation of Human Resources policies, practices and procedures that provide an optimal working environment and promote a culture of high performance
  • Drive regular people initiatives, in accordance with agreed timelines, including: performance reviews; career development conversations; talent and succession planning; remuneration reviews; reward and recognition programs; and engagement
  • Coach and guide leaders to develop capability and manage change
  • Lead and/or contribute to relevant HR projects, strategic initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Partner with allocated client group Leadership Teams to identify opportunities and fit for purpose solutions that will enhance workforce effectiveness
  • Facilitate various development sessions in alignment with the RCC learning framework

Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline, you are a highly capable and energetic HR generalist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR Advisor or Business Partner role. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment and be passionate about supporting our teams and individuals to succeed. Experienced in handling Employee Relations matters and possessing exceptional stakeholder management skills, you have a demonstrated ability to coach and advise managers, enabling them to achieve optimal people outcomes. You are able to identify process improvement opportunities and have a strong desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business and the workforce. Experience facilitating team sessions and learning and development programs would be highly regarded.
