We are a privately owned recruitment agency with over 10 years in the Sydney market, a well-known and highly regarded brand name, and a team of recruiters who are passionate about their careers. We recruit across several key sectors, such as IT, Projects, and Accounting, with 4 Directors who are hands-on, passionate and dedicated to the business. Our sales floor has over 40 consultants, it is noisy, vibrant, high performing and supportive.

We are growing and looking for our next Rookie to join our technology recruitment team, focusing on sourcing tier 1 candidates in the tech space. Working closely with our directors, you will be taught the ropes on all things candidate generation, HOW to find them and WHERE to find them. This role is very much candidate-driven, someone who is a dedicated researcher and LOVES finding hidden gems!

Yes.. this is a sales role. It does require confidence on the phone, a willingness to engage with candidates verbally. Confidence to interview candidates face to face, build rapport, and be smart enough to PICK a Tier 1 candidate from the crowd.

• Be prepared to pick up the phone and call prospective candidates and introduce yourself
