CareJobz Aged Care Recruitment is a leading NZ aged care recruiter and due to demand, we are expanding into the Australian market.
We are now inviting applications from experienced, aged care/nursing recruitment consultants who thrive on the sales/business development aspect of the role and would like to work from home with the ability to choose your own hours whilst still earning a great income.

- At least 2 year's recent, successful "agency" recruiting experience in healthcare/nursing/aged care industries. (we cant consider your application without this)
- New business development, experience of cold calling is a must, email marketing, lead generation etc
- Good communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-starter and very organised
- Mature, responsible "can-do, will do" attitude
- Good IT skills - We use Jobadder
- Be hungry to maximise earning potential (commission based only role)
- A passion for recruiting the right people into the industry
- The ability to work at least 32 hours per week
- A desktop/laptop computer
- Landline/Mobile/Skype with headset
