CareJobz Aged Care Recruitment is a leading NZ aged care recruiter and due to demand, we are expanding into the Australian market.

We are now inviting applications from experienced, aged care/nursing recruitment consultants who thrive on the sales/business development aspect of the role and would like to work from home with the ability to choose your own hours whilst still earning a great income.

Essential Key Skills required

• At least 2 year's recent, successful "agency" recruiting experience in healthcare/nursing/aged care industries. (we cant consider your application without this)
• New business development, experience of cold calling is a must, email marketing, lead generation etc
• Good communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills
• Self-starter and very organised
• Mature, responsible "can-do, will do" attitude
• Good IT skills - We use Jobadder
• Be hungry to maximise earning potential (commission based only role)
• A passion for recruiting the right people into the industry
• The ability to work at least 32 hours per week

What tools you will need to already have in place

• A desktop/laptop computer
• Landline/Mobile/Skype with headset

Note: For clarification, this is a commission-only role, no basic and full-time, permanent.
