Recruitment Support/Administration role available in Mosman Park – close to Perth’s iconic Cottesloe beach!

This is a temporary role for up to 6 months, but applications for a permanent position are also welcome.

Start date: from early April 2021.

The hours are full time: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

This is a busy and varied role, therefore excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask are essential. The successful applicant will provide support for our recruitment consultants. The Duties Of This Role Will Include

• Content writing
• Preparing applications
• Reception duties
• Dictaphone typing
• Updating the database
• Digital marketing
• Assisting the consultants in all aspects of recruitment
  

The office is modern and well located, with great views. It is a turn of the century, fully renovated, building in Mosman Park, Western Australia. It is well located between the river and the sea and close to the train, cafes and shops.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as previous office experience. Must have the ability to touch type at a reasonable speed. No prior experience within the recruitment/veterinary industry is required. Training will be provided.
