Tailored Resources is fast becoming one of Australia's leading providers of staff to companies within the construction, mining, civil, and oil & gas industries.

We are independently and locally owned, and we partner with some of the world's leading businesses within these sectors to provide staff across multiple areas including mining hospitality, trades, and other onsite job roles. We supply a minimum of 50 hand-selected candidates for our client base each week.

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidates will need to be able to work well in a team, show high energy, a positive attitude, strong organisation & time management skills. This is a high-volume face-paced business and we need people with strong sourcing experience to support our busy account managers

This role is a source, selection, and mobilsation only, however, we are open to someone that we can train to be our next superstar account manager. 

We understand that in this ever-changing world people have commitments, so we are looking to accommodate part-time 5 days or 3-4 days per week. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

• A dedicated Team admin means you can focus on candidate onboarding and client satisfaction
• HOT desk focusing on Mining and Manufacturing Trades 
• Search, screen, and mobilise Blue Collar Candidates 
• Post adds and searches databases for candidates
