We are a supportive and driven team of HR professionals working in a fast paced environment

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

Provide accurate and timely advice to employees and managers on HR process, policy, employment terms and conditions

Support hiring managers to execute best practice recruitment and selection

Prepare contracts of employment in line with EBAs and legislation

Ensure data integrity relating to new hires and employment changes

Deliver innovative process improvement initiatives that add value to the business

Your Contribution

Proven experience in a HR Advisor/Recruitment Officer capacity

Understanding of contemporary recruitment principles and practices

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively consult and influence across a range of stakeholders

Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box
