Lycopodium Limited are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to join our growing team in Perth.

Reporting to the General Manager - People, the Human Resources Officer will work closely with the People Group to provide a professional HR service globally.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the new starter experience for assigned business units, including but not limited to; contracts administration, on-boarding documentation, compliance and inductions.
• Executing the transactional activities associated with facilitating internal transfers, promotions and cessation.
• Preparing, updating and/or generating position descriptions, job advertisements and letters.
• Working closely with the People Group to implement and manage HR policies and frameworks.
  

The ideal candidate will possess;

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to own and prioritise multiple disciplinary streams of work.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• A strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to agreed deadlines with a results driven approach.
