As part of the wider People, Performance & Culture Team, the role of the Consultant Global Mobility Services will see the successful applicant as a technical expert providing services to our internal stakeholder’s as well as supporting the wider KPMG Global Mobility strategy.

Your Opportunity

In your new role you will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to) the following

  • Consult and guide the business on mobility and associated technical issues
  • Continuously monitor and improve administrative, operational and reporting processes so they are reliable, up-to-date and eliminate non-value work and delays for the business
  • Negotiate assignment terms and conditions and engage with appropriate internal and external stakeholders once confirmed
  • Resolve exception requests that may constrain the business and/or assignment with minimal disruption, seeking guidance as appropriate
  • Facilitate and provide support and advice with relation to Migration, visa compliance and risk management to divisional and PPC contacts
  • Innovate and support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance and processing-based activities


How are you extraordinary?

To be successful in this position your experience is likely to include

  • Previous experience dealing with international assignments, global mobility, relocation services or expatriate management gained in a complex corporate environment, with a focus on policy interpretation
  • Understanding of mobility tax implications, immigration, superannuation and LAFHA
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Enjoy working in a complex, fast paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • You are a people person and problem solver willing to go to extra mile to support assignee’s around the world.
