About the role

Reporting to the Corporate Learning Solutions Manager, the Customised Learning Lead will be responsible for providing learning and development consultancy and account management to new and existing clients across the private and public sectors. This role spans all aspects of learning and development, including building successful and sustainable relationships with employers, conducting training needs analysis, preparation of client proposals, implementation and review of learning programs to achieve commercial targets and satisfaction measures.

The learning solutions offered to corporate clients will capitalise on the existing Professional Development offer, as well as offering tailored, customised and bespoke learning solutions that meet the client’s needs. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting the Corporate Learning Solutions Manager and wider Professional Development team in the delivery of key initiatives and projects as part of an integrated professional development offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert consulting services on L&D for finance to new and existing clients to develop tailored learning programs leveraging CPA Australia’s existing professional development offer
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand & meet learning outcomes, project deliverables, costings and timelines
  • Articulating client needs to subject matter experts and making recommendations to match learning content and delivery modes to client needs
  • Carrying out end-to-end management of client L&D services including needs analysis, preparation of quotes, tenders, briefs and proposals and finalising contracts
  • Coordinating the development and delivery of learning programs aligned with CPA Australia’s product range, including commissioning and management of customisation of learning programs
