Temporary Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate and Property

Due to an internal promotion, Gough Recruitment are offering the rare chance to take on a true hot desk, working as our temp/contracts consultant in our Melbourne CBD (Queen St) office. 

Gough Recruitment was established in 1989 and is the market leader in Real Estate & Property Recruitment. 

With a true 6 figure earning potential, base salary + commissions, this is an excellent Monday to Friday role, with training, support, and ongoing career progression within our team of 70+ staff internationally across 6 offices!

The Role.

Working Monday to Friday, your role will consist of;
  • Locking candidates in for temporary work assignments accross our real estate and property desks
  • Contacting clients to see if they are in need of staff, temps and confirming dates, experienced required etc 
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Doing up candidate profiles
  • Reference checks
  • Sending temp agreements to clients to sign off and complete assignment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an enthusiastic and motivated person, who is driven and passionate to progress 
  • Recruitment and Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential 
  • Ability to work full time 
  • Drivers licence preferred
