We are looking for a Program Manager, Inclusion Support System to support Goodstart’s strategic plan and the Social Inclusion Strategy by creating the systems, processes and resources that are required to implement evidence informed inclusive practices in Goodstart centres to improve early childhood outcomes for children with additional needs.

This role is a full time, permanent position working at our Brisbane (Murarrie) or Sydney (Alexandria) Office with the ability to work from home regularly.

About the role –

  • Support the planning, scheduling and implementation of projects and initiatives that enhance the inclusion support system
  • Support the ongoing monitoring of projects and initiatives within the inclusion support system to ensure progress against plans, including the broader social inclusion annual plan.
  • Develop systems, structures and tools to support the delivery of key initiatives that enhance the inclusion support system at scale.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including project timelines to ensure projects remain on track
  • Gather, analyse and interpret data to support key project objectives, activities and deliverables that enhance the inclusion support system.

About you –

  • Strong experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience working within the early childhood or NFP/social sector
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Early Childhood Early Intervention Approach (ECEI)
