JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to ongoing continued growth within our organisation, we now have a newly created, exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

This role needs a person that is passionate about candidate care, people-focused, can work collaboratively across multiple teams, is highly organised and has great attention to detail.

Classification: VPS 4.1 - VPS 5.1

Full-time or Part-time (2 - 3 days per week) Open to 2 people in a part-time job-sharing arrangement, also.

Tenure: 24-month Fixed-term contract

Salary Range: VPS 4.1: $87,640 - $99,438 per annum

VPS 5.1: $101,120 – $111,734 per annum

plus a 9.5% employer superannuation contribution

We're the Victorian Ombudsman. Our office provides a free, independent, accessible and impartial service to all Victorians. Our purpose is to ensure fairness for Victorians in their dealings with the public sector, to improve public administration and to foster confidence in the integrity of the sector.

You will bring to this role, experience in:

  • The ability to build trust and develop relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Deliver & support end-to-end Talent Acquisition services, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Best practice recruitment attraction, effective candidate management and experience services.
  • The ability to implement contemporary diversity, inclusion and equality recruitment methods.
  • Working with Hiring Managers re Talent Acquisition and best practice recruitment methods, brand/reputational, and candidate experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
