Your Opportunity

We’re now looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. You’ll report to the Head of Employee Relations and this is how you’ll contribute in the role:

  • As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will work with HR Business Partners to advise on matters relating to HR practices and employment risks including performance management.
  • Investigate internal workplace complaints and grievances
  • Interpret and implement HR policies
  • Interpret and advise in relation to modern awards
  • Reporting for Senior Leaders in relation to Employee Relations issues
  • Employee Relations Project work

With significant exposure to our Leaders and PPC Colleagues, you’ll need to be accomplished and confident operating in an advisory capacity and delivering successful outcomes in a fast paced environment.

This is what you’ll bring to role:

  • Qualifications within Law, Commerce or HR are essential to the success in this role
  • Workplace investigations experience
  • Excellent relationship building capability and negotiation skills
  • Expert and proven knowledge of Awards, workplace relations, dispute resolution and employment legislation
  • Demonstrated capacity to exercise judgement, discretion, confidentiality and initiative whilst working autonomously and collaborating cross-functionally
