WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a talented and experienced HRIS & Reporting Specialist to be part of our high performing team based in our Brisbane office. This role will contribute to the HRIS function to ensure that we develop and maintain best-practice HR systems, processes and reporting. The role will be responsible for working with people data ranging from processing transactions in our HRIS system to extracting, analysing data and report creation. Day to day you will;

Process a high volume of people data transactions (e.g. hires, rehires, transfers, pay changes, terminations, etc.) in the HRIS system

• Identify reporting needs across the business
• Build relevant reporting dashboards within the HRIS to support reporting needs
• Build simple to moderately complex HR ad-hoc reports on employee related information in a timely and professional manner
• Support HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership on reporting capabilities
• Facilitate training and support users on HRIS & Reporting functionality
• Identify opportunities and contribute to enhancement of employee related information systems

The successful applicant will have;

• Experience in a similar role ideally with experience using ConnX
• High level of data management and analysis skills
• Experience with reporting and analysis using a broad range of information sources
• Knowledge of contemporary HRIS practices and industry trends and the ability to network and research latest trends
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel
