About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Workforce Planning and Development, the Recruitment Team Lead provides a pivotal role in the development, implementation and delivery of the recruitment strategy. The Recruitment lead is an active member of the team, managing the end to end recruitment process supporting the achievement of broader organisational goals for ASC.

Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring for the national recruitment team the incumbent will develop, implement and maintain excellent service levels.

This role operates under the People and Culture structure providing dedicated proactive and innovative recruitment services beyond transactional support to better prepare for and meet forecasted skills shortages to ensure business capability is maintained.


  • Drive the end to end recruitment process, and advise on best strategy to attract talent
  • Build talent pipelines for core organisational roles
  • Enhance ASC's employee value proposition
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure exceptional performance
  • Coach stakeholders on process and leading practice recruitment solutions
  • Measure processes and report on key indicators

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in end to end recruitment across multiple disciplines
  • Previous experience leading a recruitment team
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Capability to manage high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment
