We have an exciting opportunity for you as a HR Coordinator.

  • Fixed term contract to 30 June 2021 with the possibility of an extension
  • Part-time or Full-time hours.
  • Immediate start.

Make a positive difference at EPA by providing exceptional HR services and working closely with your P&C Services team, EPA managers, employees and applicants to achieve EPA's vision.

You will be a key liaison and contact person for all managers and employees, providing expert advice and specialist HR services across all stages of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, job analysis and design, onboarding, internal and external employee movements, and offboarding.

You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality services, where accuracy and attention to detail is critical, as are excellent communication and personal skills with a strong customer focus.

This position will be responsible for the coordination of bulk recruitment activities from advertisement to appointment, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, external providers, applicants and referees. Experience in shortlisting, interviewing, managing selection panels and liaising with applicants will be an advantage.
