• 12-month Fixed term, Full time
• $99,164- $111,494 (plus 9.50% super)

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with either agency and/or in-house experience to join the newly created Talent Acquisition function at CFA.

The role requires strong customer focus and ability to work closely with the business to understand their specific needs and plans. You will bring current knowledge of best practice recruitment processes and support your clients in attraction and sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing and offer management.

This is a traditional end to end in- house Talent Acquisition position with the added benefit of being part of a team that will build the function from the ground up in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience as TA Consultant with recruitment agencies or in-house with large complex organisations where you can demonstrate your ability to manage multiple assignments with hiring manager and candidate care at the forefront of your service delivery
