Our client is a well known mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a permanent basis to start ASAP

Description

Reporting to the HR Manager roles and responsibilities include:

• Provides human resource business partnering to leaders and employees
• Provides coaching to leaders to support effective workplace relationships and increase skill level in employee management
• End to end recruitment and on-boarding
• Identifies human resource issues and appropriate interventions
• Leads recurring annual activities such as salary review, talent review, succession planning and performance management
• Advises on human resource policies and procedures, employee relations, performance, labour and regulatory issues to leaders and employees
• Develop skills and provide advice, support and coaching in the use of human resources systems
• Identifies and supports improvement initiatives in human resources processes

Profile

• Experience in a similar role and qualifications in Human Resource Management
• Candidates with experience in the mining sector will be highly sought after
