We are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to drive the recruiting efforts within our fast growing Australia & NZ region. Based in our Sydney Office, you will be working within a friendly and professional HR team.

Job Description

Accountable for the efficient management of recruitment and attraction activities. Recruiting the industries finest Cost Managers and Project Managers to help us deliver major projects in regions across Australia. Finding great people for our organisation and managing a quality "end to end" recruitment process.

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Scoping/placement of attraction strategies
  • Sourcing candidates utilising a variety of mediums such as social media, referrals, advertising, networking, job boards etc
  • Screen applications received from the ATS and manage the feedback process for all applicants from rejection to shortlist
  • Manage interview process and feedback
  • Develop, review and administer effective systems and recruitment tools; job descriptions and interview tools
  • Develop effective recruitment plans and campaigns, whist maintaining and developing recruitment networks with candidates and clients within the industry. Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability
  • Implement best value recruitment solutions for the organisation and contribute to ongoing workforce and recruitment planning


Applicants will be expected to have previous recruitment experience (In house or agency) ideally in the construction industry.
