The Learning and Development Manager will craft Go1's internal learning capability. You will create and deliver high impact and high value learning programs to develop the capabilities of a talented workforce. This is a unique opportunity to help scale an organisation whose core is Learning and Development. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Assessing current strengths and weaknesses to identify learning needs of a high growth business with a global team
  • Developing and maintaining annual learning plans to support Go1’s talent development needs in support of the current business strategy and goals
  • Designing, implementing and delivering innovative and progressive programs utilizing the Go1platform, in person trainings, assessments, reading and a broad range of other formats
  • Developing global induction program for all new employees
  • Deploying a big-impact continuous leadership development program
  • Implementing a strategy for self-guided learning which empowers team members to take ownership of their own desired learning outcomes
  • Applying a clear methodology for assessing the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs
  • Utilising data to continuously improve outcomes
  • Being familiar with relevant peer reviewed research and apply the same rigor to the practices that we utilise and implement

You may currently be in a learning business partner role hoping to progress your capabilities or an experienced L&D Manager. You will want to develop your own function in a growing global business. You will also possess the following:

  • Demonstrated success planning and executing L&D projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full learning cycle - needs analysis, design,
  • development, delivery and evaluation
  • Project/program management experience in a learning & development or HR function is preferred
  • Client mindset when working with stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to coach and influence senior leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
