Role Description 

The VET graduate will be reporting to the Manager, Employee Experience. They will get exposure across Employment Programs & Pathways and People Services

Existing Skills

Supporting Employment Programs & Pathways in the annual graduate recruitment, graduate, intern and cadet program management, attraction activities such as external website updates, graduate rotation coordination, and planning and delivering the learning and development sessions for graduates.

Supporting People Services team to provides general HR advice and administration. The role could also support CultureAmp which is survey tool to measure employee feedback at all stages of the employee lifecycle to improve employee experience.

Additional comments or considerations

This role has a 3 year contract post graduate year.
