We are currently seeking a motivated and organised P&C Administrator to become an integral member of the wider people & culture team for the IPA organisation. As the successful applicant, the role of P&C Administrator will work collaboratively with the P&C team acting as the first point of contact for P&C supporting and providing coordination and administration support. Reporting into an encouraging P&C Manager the P&C Administrator will liaise across all areas and levels of the organisation and the successful candidate will utilise excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to ensure positive and productive relationships are established and maintained.

Be the first point of contact for all P&C enquiries associated processes and procedures
Ensure the employee on-boarding experience of new employees is adhered to, employees are inducted and oriented appropriately (including offer of employment, induction and probation)
Assist employees on employment related enquiries and matters
Provide P&C support in employee relations and performance management matters
Maintain excellent P&C records including documentation and filing
Generate P&C reports and collate relevant data to inform P&C Manager

As the successful incumbent, some of your experience & qualifications will include:

Higher education in HR or a related discipline is highly desirable but not essential
Ability to handle sensitive issues with appropriate discretion and confidentiality
Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills, both written & verbal
Sound knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Highly desirable would be previous exposure to labour hire or recruitment environments.
