Sitting with the HR Systems team, working with HR and various other stakeholders to manage the technical aspects of the HR platforms and databases. The effective operation of these systems/databases is crucial for supporting the thousands of staff and ensuring smooth processes for things such as payroll, reporting, HR, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience creating and updating SSIS packages to load, change and clean various data sources required for daily systems integration.
- Develop, implement and maintain vital internal reports in; SSRS, SSIS integration packages, SQL queries, store procedures, etc
- Manage internal SQL Server database, including user access, data accuracy and daily integration jobs
- Support the ongoing maintenance of the Kronos application, Chris21, Mercury and other HR systems
- Assist in the maintenance of the Organisational Reporting Packages, systems interfaces/integration and key portals as required to facilitate the HR Systems reporting requirements
- Experience with SQL database administration and integration's with the other HR systems (Chris21 and Kronos)
- Report creation and management within HR
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience or at least understanding of products such as Chris21, HR21, Kronos
- Strong communication skills and ability to create fit for purpose solutions to problems from a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in Health Care is beneficial
