Strategic P&C Business Partner role - Large creative, sales & marketing brand in Sydney. Change and Transform.

Your new company
Well known large Creative and Sales & Marketing business is currently seeking a new addition to their HR team in the form of an experienced and strategic HR ( People & Culture ) Business Partner.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR of HR and part of a wider HR Business Partnering team, you will have your own client group of 800+ employees in Sydney focused around Sales, Marketing, Creative, Digital and Corporate at head office in Sydney and across the country. You will be a key strategic HR Advisor to the leaders and employees of this business unit, supporting them in all HR activities, full employee life cycle as well as consult and education on ER and best practice HR.

You will deliver on key strategic programs around L&D, restructuring, organisation change, potential M&A and talent management work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager/Senior People & Culture Business Partner with 4 -5 years at this level in a strategic role, supporting a white collar, creative, Sales & Marketing, Retail or Technology client group or workforce. You will be a true HR Generalist with a strong background working in fast paced complex businesses, global or ASX Listed well as have a track record in coaching and advising on change management and have experience in the management and delivery of restructuring and culture change. You will be ambitious, driven and enjoy thriving in a fast paced culture. This is a busy role and challenging role in a company still growing.

Salary is $130,000 - $145,000 base + super depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent role with flexible working on offer. but with the preference for office based work due to nature of the role to begin with Beautiful offices in Sydney CBD, close to public transport.
