About the Role:

• Sourcing candidates
• Reverse marketing candidates to clients
• Building new and existing relationships
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Growing new and existing accounts
• Negotiation and collaboration

Skills and Experience Required:

• Past experience working within recruitment
• Strong sales process and strategic skills
• A history of achievement, particularly in regards to financial targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
